The platform offers structured roles to streamline the review and update process:

• Editors: Can propose changes with redlining clearly showing updates, while change tracking captures every edit to content and formatting.
• Commenters: Can provide expert input and guidance by adding comments without altering the document itself.
• Approving Editors/Approvers: Can reply to comments and mark them as resolved for all collaborators, indicating that an issue has been addressed.

Every modification is easy to oversee through visual cues that highlight where and when each edit was made. Within the Tracked Changes tab, you have the flexibility to accept or reject changes one by one or handle all of them at once. Resolved comments also remain accessible and can be reopened at any time if further discussion is required. Once all assigned tasks are complete, the document is automatically sent to the designated recipients to finalize the process.
