Starting directly from a Salesforce Opportunity record, you can launch a project and preview documents compiled from your existing templates. The platform allows you to define exactly who does what and in what sequence across the Editing, Approval, Signing, and Delivery phases. Once the project goes live, collaborators are automatically assigned their tasks and the workflow moves through each stage systematically.
The structured workflow ensures a seamless transition between collaborators:
- Editing: Editors receive an email with a direct link to the document, where they can make changes tracked visually with redlining.
- Approval: Once edits are saved, the approver automatically receives an email to review the document and either accepts or declines the changes to move the process forward.
- Signing: After approval, the document is handed over to the signer, who receives a link to review and e-sign the final version.
