Create consistent, accurate documents directly from your Salesforce Opportunity records by leveraging templates, predefined clauses, and live Salesforce data. The process begins right within Salesforce, where you can generate your desired document with just a click. Before diving into the content, you can review your Document Settings to tailor the output—choosing specific sections to include, selecting the appropriate language, and adding any necessary attachments. Once configured, the document opens in a built-in editor, automatically populated with data pulled directly from the Opportunity.
Easily navigate through the generated document to make adjustments or add missing information. If you need to include specific legal or commercial terms, such as a confidentiality agreement, you can access the Clause Library. This feature allows you to:
- Search and Filter: Quickly find the exact text you need by filtering clauses by language and category.
- Insert with Precision: Select the exact location in your document and drop the clause right in.
- Ensure Compliance: Using predefined, pre-approved clauses guarantees that your documents remain consistent and fully compliant with your organization’s standards.
When your document is finalized and ready to go, you can preview the delivery email before it is sent. The email itself is fully customizable, automatically pulling Salesforce data that can be used in the recipient details, subject lines, and messaging from the same Opportunity record to ensure a personalized touch. Once everything looks perfect, simply send the document off to initiate the e-signing process with your customer.
