AIforce World Tour Munich 2026

Meet Documill at AIforce World Tour Munich

Come and have a friendly chat with us in Hall C6 at Messe München on Wednesday, 25 November 2026.

Bring a quote or a contract with you, as a PDF or a Word file, and we will turn it into a working Salesforce template while you wait. Book a time with us, or drop by for one of the two live demos.

  • Date: Wednesday 25 November 2026, 08:00 to 18:00 CET
  • Venue: Messe München, Hall C6, about 6 km east of the city centre
  • Find us: the Documill booth in the Partner Navigator area, booth number to confirm
  • Live demos: morning and afternoon at the booth, times to confirm, no booking needed
  • Entry: free, and you register with Salesforce yourself
  • Who you will meet: Mark McGinn, Flokart Blaku, Giang Nguyen and Alex Fuller
  • How to meet: book a 20 or 30-minute slot, or walk up to the booth

What happens at our booth

Book a 20-minute slot and bring a document you actually use. A quote, a contract, an order confirmation, whatever your team sends out most. We work on it with you there and then.

Your document, rebuilt live

AI Template Builder turns your PDF or Word file into a dynamic Salesforce template while you watch.

Contracts kept standard

Approved wording, controlled clauses and a full audit trail, without anybody rewriting the template.

Quotes with every configuration

See complex manufacturing and automotive quotes, with multiple configurations and price lists, built in seconds.

Approve and sign in Salesforce

Collaborate on the wording, collect approvals and e-sign without leaving the record.

Book your slot

Pick a time and you are done. No form, no qualification call first. Add a note about the document you are bringing and we will have it ready.

Slots run through the day. If your sessions fill the diary, say so in the notes and we will work around them.

What we do in the 20 minutes

We start with your document. Flokart loads it into AI Template Builder and turns it into a Salesforce template while you watch, so you can see what your own quote or contract looks like coming out of Salesforce rather than a demo one.

Then we talk about how that document gets made today: who starts it, who has to approve it, where it waits, and how it reaches the customer. That is usually enough to tell whether Documill fits what you are doing, and which of Generate, Automate and Negotiate you would actually need.

What to bring

A quote, a contract or an order confirmation, as a PDF or a Word file, ideally the one your team sends out most. If the real one has customer names and prices in it, bring an older one or take the numbers out. We are looking at how the document is built, not what it says.

After Munich

You get a short summary, the template we built with you, and answers to anything we ran out of time for. If you want to keep going, Flokart will do a longer template review with you over a call.

Prefer to just drop by? Come to the booth. Booking only means no waiting.

Everything you need to know before you meet us in Munich

Not going to Munich? Take the interactive demo, check the tiers and pricing, or book a 30-minute demo instead.

  • Do I need a ticket?

Yes. AIforce World Tour Munich is free, but you register with Salesforce yourself. Booking time with us does not get you in.

  • Where will we meet?

At the Documill booth in the Partner Navigator area in Hall C6, about 6 km east of the city centre. We send you the booth number with your booking confirmation.

  • What should I bring?

A PDF or Word document you use in real life, a quote or a contract for example. Flokart turns it into a Salesforce template while you watch.

  • When are the live demos?

Two on the day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, both at the booth: times to confirm. No booking needed for those, just turn up.

  • Can I bring a colleague?

Yes. Add their name in the notes when you book.

  • What happens afterwards?

You get a short summary, plus answers to anything we did not get to on the day.
